MR CHARLIE MURPHY
Suzanne
New update on Mr. Charlie Murphy
(purchased in 2007). As you can see from
his picture he is just full of himself -
turned my back for a second to grab
some flowers to plant and there he sat,
British Blue Blood and all, as if he
just claimed the New World for
England!!! He has truly been a blessing
in
my life. Thanks so much!

SMOKEY
Feeding.....
He refuses to eat
any kind of dry food, but eats wet
food like he is starving to death.
I'm sure he is getting plenty,
probably too much. How much and
when should I feed him? We are at
work most days during "lunch", so he
gets fed morning, late afternoon,
and before bedtime. He has access
to dry food 24/7.
Other than
that, Smokey is doing very well.
He's VERY active, very vocal, and
into absolutely everything. He is
confined in my bedroom when we
aren't home. He's getting along
very well with the dog, with just an
occasional hiss/spit. Our big cat
is slowly coming around. He still
makes funny noises at the baby, but
they get closer now, and touch noses
sometimes. I think everything will
turn out fine. Smokey is all ready
spoiled rotten and thinks he is king
of the house.
Here are a few
more photos. He has his little
mouth open "talking" all the time.
So much for those "quiet"
Brits.....LOL!
Suzanne,
Just a quick note
to let you know that everyone made
it home safely. The baby was a very
good boy during the long ride. We
have found him to be a sweet and
loving little guy, but with an
attitude......LOL!
He
has met the giant German Shepherd
and it went ok. The relationship
with our other cat still needs a bit
of work, but it's only been two
days. I'm sure that they will come
around.
I had a long list
of fancy names picked out for our
beautiful purebred cat. None of
them seemed to fit. Kitty and I had
a discussion about it this evening,
and he decided that his name is
Smokey, because of his lovely color.
He has already
bonded with me and follows me
everywhere. I love him to pieces
and so does my mom. I took a couple
quick photos last night.

CHARLOTTE
Hi Suzanne,
I just thought you'd like to see
Charlotte at six months.
She hangs around my home office all the time.
As you can see, she's busy absorbing knowledge!
Best wishes,
Shelley
